TERMS OF USE

Purpose:

Although our experts are licensed attorneys, our experts do not represent you in your legal matter. The experts are here to give you guidance in resolving your issues and concerns based on the experts experience and background. The site is intended to give you a general guidance and direction in your legal concerns.

Asking a question and receiving an answer does not create an attorney - client relationship.

Refunds:

If you are unsatisfied with an answer or unsatisfied with your expert, you may dispute an answer and request a refund. To receive a refund, you will need to state why you are dissatisfied and the expert will have an opportunity to respond, or add to his or her response. If the expert and the customer are unable to resolve their differences, then Administration at AnswerLegalQuetions.com will have the final say on the issue. Administration, at its sole discretion, will give a refund, offer the question to another expert, or accept the answer as an appropriate response. Please note, that sometimes the answer to a question is not what you were hoping for or expecting. However, if the answer is a correct and accurate response, or otherwise, gives the correct direction to the customer, than the answer will be deemed accepted.

All answers given which are not disputed within one week of giving the answer, will be set as satisfactorily answered.

Waiver:

Customer agrees that AnswerLegalQuestions.com is not responsible for the answers provided. The experts are well qualified and will do their best to give an accurate response. However, customer agrees not to hold AnswerLegalQuestions.com and its experts responsible for any liability caused either directly or indirectly as a result of the use of this site.
